Quality Management Unit Manager

▪  Application processes related to the Food Control Laboratory of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock, ensuring that the file is prepared according to the application requirements and following the application process.

▪  To ensure the preparation of files in accordance with the application processes and application requirements of the Turkish Accreditation Agency TÜRKAK 17025 and to follow the application process.

▪  To ensure and manage the preparation, development, revision of TÜRKAK 17025 Standard Operating Procedures (Instructions, Forms, Lists).

▪  To ensure the management of the Corrective and Preventive Action process.

▪  To ensure the review and control of quality records of Chemical, Physical, Microbiology and Molecular Laboratories.

▪  Evaluating customer complaints

▪  Evaluating and reporting suppliers.

▪  Conducting risk assessment studies

▪  To prepare YGG annual reports for the management review meeting and present them to senior management.

▪  Organizing internal audit, performing quality control audits, analyzing procedures and making recommendations for improvements.

▪  To prepare in advance for TÜRKAK 17025 and MFAL audits, to accompany the audit and to ensure successful completion of the audit.
